Because we are not affiliated to any insurance companies, our interests revolve purely around our customers. When your insurance company sends your vehicle to their 'approved' repairer, this means 'bonus, bonus, bonus'. Most staff in large insurance approved repair centres (except trainees usually!) are working solely for financial goals. High turnover equals more bonus, quality is not top priority 

Some Insurance companies specify in your terms and conditions that you must use their approved repair network. In these instances, we cannot help. Usually, however, you are within your rights to chose who repairs your vehicle. Our staff work on an hourly rate (no bonus scheme). This means that they are paid to do their job, it is not in their interest to rush and 'bang' the next job through! We aim to return your vehicle to it's pre accident condition. Quality comes first, targets and bonus are last on the agenda.
